Tadmor Levy & Co. advised the IFC – International Finance Corporation, a part of The World Bank, and Citrosuco, the largest global producer of orange juice concentrate, on their USD 30 million Series B investment in agri-tech leaders, SeeTree, an Israeli AI-powered agri-tech company bringing technology disruption into the world of farming.

IFC, a member if the World Bank Group, advances economic development and improves the lives of people by encouraging the growth of the private sector in developing countries.

IFC was represented by Co-head of M&A, Yaniv Aronowich, and associate, Yaniv Setty, while Citrosuco was represented by Head of Commercial Cross-Border, Tamar Krongrad.
