Talma Shlomo Travel Solutions in two significant acquisitions

Israeli company, Talma Shlomo Travel Solutions has completed two major acquisitions – that of BTL Travel, the Alice flight search engine and the acquisition of Arigato Advanced Travel Technology, the developer of the online hotel booking tool for business trips Arbitrip.

The two transactions were valued at approx. USD 20 million and USD 12 million respectively. FBC & Co advised the buyer, led by partners Zohar Liss and Ariel Mazer, together with associate Roie Kiselevich.
