Taylor Wessing advises Enviroserve on landmark commercial agreement with Shuru ITAD
Taylor Wessing advises Enviroserve on landmark commercial agreement with Shuru ITAD – in one of the first such agreements in the wake of the Abraham Accords between Israel and the UAE.
A longstanding client of Taylor Wessing’s Dubai office, Enviroserve is the largest fully integrated electronics recycler and IT asset disposition (ITAD) provider in the Middle East, Africa and Caucasus (MEAC) region.
The agreement provides e-waste services in Israel through Shuru ITAD, which is a leading e-scrap recycler in Israel, specializing in the collection and recycling of end-of-life electronics, computer and communication equipment waste.
The deal was led by Dubai partner Adnan Chida with assistance from Dubi Gross, partner at Israeli law firm Gornitzky & Co, support from Taylor Wessing’s Israel Group led by Josef Fuss (London) and Nathan Krapivensky (Tel Aviv), and Head of the firm’s Dubai office Osama Hassan was also invaluable.
