Taylor Wessing has hosted the Bank HaPoalim and Export Institute delegation to the UAE, hosting the Innovation Stream with Osama Hassan, Managing Partner in the Middle East opening the session, and Nathan Krapivensky, Co-Head of Israel, delivering closing remarks.
A panel of experts gathered to discuss the Israel-UAE technology cooperation in the age of the Abraham Accords.
The event included presentations from Dubai and Abu Dhabi government representatives, followed by a panel discussion on the topic of venture capital cooperation and a keynote fireside chat with Noah Raford, Futurist in Chief at the Dubai Future Foundation.
All speakers highlighted the importance of getting to know one another on a personal level before embarking on business projects as well as the critical nature of strategic technology transfer.
