Tel Aviv conference tackles labor law and remote work

Herzog and the Israel group of the international law firm DLA Piper, led by
Jeremy Lustman, together with the Association of Corporate Counsel has held a key conference on remote work, termination of employment and innovation in labor laws in Israel and worldwide.

The conference hosted experts from DLA Piper who arrived from China, the US, the UAE, Italy, the UK, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands.

Debates shared the differences between jurisdictions on the employees rights in relation to remote or hybrid working and the responsibilities of the employer in such a situation.
