Herzog advised the target, with the transaction led by partners Asaf Nahum and Moshe Minster, with the assistance of partners, Elad Chamam and Revital Katz, as well as associates Eti Portook, Noa Bombigher, Ekaterina Yaremchuk, Keren Weiss, Dana Gilon and intern Chen Zohar.
