Pre-qualification tenders have been issued for three major projects in Jerusalem, covering 300,000 square meters of government office space. These include the Har Hotzvim tech campus, a new central judiciary and courts complex, and a new headquarters for the National Insurance Institute. The Ministry of Finance’s accountant general office is overseeing the tenders for financing, design, planning, construction, and 25-year maintenance.
The estimated cost of the projects is NIS 2.5 billion, with the judiciary and insurance institute complexes planned for the city’s western entrance. Bids are due by mid-November, with a conference for candidates scheduled for September 17.
