The court has canceled a fine of NIS 8.6 million imposed on Tnuva for consumer deceptions.
A year ago, the Consumer Protection Authority imposed an unusual fine of NIS 8.6 million on Tnuva, for misleading consumers in the sale of chicken products, which Tnuva had paid.
After a complex legal battle, the court accepted Tnuva’s appeal, and unusually, overturned the millions fine in a dramatic decision.
Partner Ruth Loven together with intern Dean Kafri from Yigal Arnon & Co. represented Tnuva.
