Public company Tufin Software Technologies Ltd. has been acquired by Turn/River in an all-cash deal worth about USD 570 million.

Tufin is a pioneer of policy-centric approach to security and IT operations, while Turn/River Capital, an operationally-focused software investment firm

Meitar acted for NYSE-listed Tufin, with the team led by Shachar Hadar, Ran Camchy, Matthew Rudolph, Ezra Ives, Alon Susz, Ben Hecksh, Keren Shitrit, Odelya Lazimi, Lilach Gur, Hila Silverstein and Niva Barg Livna.

White & Case LLP acted as Tufin’s U.S. legal counsel and Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal counsel to Turn/River.
