U.S. company Entrata buys Israel’s Colleen AI, ushering in new era of autonomous property management

Software company Entrata acquired its second company in a year with the acquisition of the rental industry’s Colleen, which provides artificial intelligence-based tenant communications and leasing operation support.
This is Entrata’s second acquisition in 12 months, having bought Rent Dynamics in July 2023.
According to Entrata, incorporating Colleen AI into its operating system will further the ability to automate property operations. Through the acquisition, Entrata is introducing ELI+, an elevated suite of AI products.
For Entrata, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Meitar served as legal counsel, while Goldfarb Gross Seligman and Goodwin acted for Colleen AI.
