U.S. Sports company Slinger buys PlaySight Interactive for USD 82 million
Dechert and Naschitz Brandes Amir, as local counsel, acted for Slinger, a leading connected sports company, in its USD 82 million acquisition of Israeli-based sportstech company PlaySight Interactive Ltd.

PlaySight has developed a technology for smart sports courts, which is able to document and analyze the action. This technology is primarily intended for players and coaches.
Israel’s Playsight has attracted USD 36 million investment to date, including from professional tennis players, Novak Djokovic, Billie Jean King, and Pete Sampras.
