UK-based cybersecurity company Snyk, acquires start-up, enso.security

The UK-based cybersecurity company, Snyk, has acquired the cybersecurity start-up, enso.security (part of Snyk).

The acquisition of Enso Security expands Snyk’s capabilities and further solidifies its presence in the cybersecurity market and Israel.

The deal saw two juggernauts go head to head , with Herzog advising Snyk, with Dan Sharot, Efrat Kesler Kadmon, Dr. Ehab Farah, Hanan Haviv, Iris Achmon, Nir Gal, Ronen Avner, Yuval Meidar, Dr. Yuval Navot, and associates Daniel Rosenblatt, Daniel Roytman Yanay, Daniela Nitzan (Finkelstein), Mor Pnini, Mor Swisa, Noam Tzur, Olga Pery, Shira Shacham, Tomer Amsalem, and Yara Ayoub.

Meitar represented enso.security, led by Tomer Shani, Mouna Totry, Oryan Matania, Gal Lapid, Keren Shitrit, Odelya Lazimi, Hila Silverstein, Adi Zoabi, Michal Weiner and Lior Gal.

Snyk, a leader in developer security, was also advised by Cooley.
