Further to our updates of 18 December 2015 and 9 June 2016, Maples and Calder is pleased to announce that the Limited Liability Companies Law, 2016 came into force on 8 July 2016.The Registrar of Limited Liability Companies has confirmed that the first available registration date will be 13 July 2016. From this date it will be possible to:
