Last Call for Brokerage Permits | New Deadline for the Submission of Brokerage Permit Applications

Further to the client update of April 1, 2019, the Israel Securities Authority (the “ISA“) has published today some clarifications with regard to section 49A permit applications and the applicability of the new permit regime.

Please note that the ISA has provided an extension thus permit applications may be submitted until May 30, 2019.
