New York – Sexual Harassment Prevention Reminders

In April 2018, New York State enacted a number of laws designed to heighten obligations on employers to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. Some of the provisions are scheduled to take effect on July 11, 2018; the remainder, including the requirement concerning mandatory sexual harassment training, will take effect on October 9, 2018
