VC investment in 2023: Unicorns are dead, long live the Seed

Investments in early-stage start-ups, and Seed investments, in particular, are the fuel that will drive Israeli high-tech in 2023, CTech’s comprehensive VC survey has shown.

Interviews held with dozens of VC executives who invest in companies at various stages revealed that in the coming year Seed investments will reign over all others. Read more in Calcalist.

Meanwhile, in an article in the Jerusalem Post, Pearl Cohen’s partner Ilan Gerzi questions whether, in view of unstable global markets, whether Israeli high-tech companies should increasingly consider the TASE as an option for raising capital. In recent years, many Israeli high-tech companies – listed on Nasdaq – have shed significant value.
