Velox – Predigital raises USD38m in Series B financing

Israeli digital printing company, Velox – Predigital has completed a Series B financing in which it raised USD38 million from several investors, led by

Fortissimo Capital, the Israeli private equity fund. FBC represented the company in the transaction led by Sharon Gazit, Hi-Tech, Technology and Venture Capital partner, together with associate Matan Hanina and intern Chen Schechter.
