Veridis Environment and Israel Infrastructure Fund acquire Infinya for NIS 2.37 billion

Infinya (TASE: INFN), formerly known as Hadera Paper, a manufacturer of paper and paper products controlled by FIMI Opportunity Funds, has been acquired by Veridis Environment (TASE: VRDS) and Israel Infrastructure Fund through a reverse triangular merger transaction for approximately NIS 2.37 billion.

A multidisciplinary Naschitz Brandes Amir team including senior partner and head of the M&A practice Sharon Amir, partners Einat Rosu and Golan Kaneti, and associates Noam Shualy, Amit Itach and Lihi Aga Baba represented Infinya in the transaction.

Agmon & Co., Rosenberg Hacohen & Co. (with Tulchinsky) represented the buyers.
