Video technology leader Connatix attracts significant investment from Court Square Capital Partners as it looks to accelerate product innovation and expand its global reach.

Dechert advised Court Square Capital Partners, a mid-market private equity firm, while Weksler Bregman acted as local counsel, with partner Dror Toren, and associates Shahar Rozental and Ofer Brown.
