Wiz completes USD350m acquisition of Gem Security
Wiz has completed the USD350 million acquisition of Gem Security in a deal that is not just a milestone in cloud cybersecurity, but it also underlines the strength, brilliance and resilience of the Israeli tech ecosystem, especially during these challenging times.
According to Calcalist, Wiz has a valuation of USD10 billion and has raised USD900 million to date, and aims to add to its Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) with Gem’s technology Goldfarb Gross Seligman advised Wiz on the acquisition with the team spanning departments (Corporate): Asaf Hershkovitz, May Grinfeld; Asaf Efraim, (Tax): Shay Fahima, Josef J.
