YUM Brands Inc. acquires Israeli food ordering start-up, TicTuk Technologies Ltd.
Gornitzky & Co. represented YUM! Brands Inc., together with Mayer Brown, in the acquisition of all the shares of TicTuk Technologies Ltd.
YUM holds a number of international fast-food companies, such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Habit Burger Grill.
TicTuk is an Israeli company which allows customers to order food on social networks and message apps.
Due to the acquisition of TicTuk, customers will be able to order food via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, SMS, QR Code and email.
