YVS Energy Ltd., a leading global entrepreneurial company in the field of renewable energies, has raised NIS 100 million from Poalim Equity.

Shibolet & Co. advised YVS Energy, led by our partners Alon Ziv, Ido Shomrony, and Shlomo Fishman in this transaction.

Following the transaction, YVS shall take the next leap towards developing major renewable energy projects in Europe with a EUR 500 million investment.
