Eltek Ltd a global manufacturer and supplier of technologically advanced solutions in the field of printed circuit boards, has issued a public offering of shares, generating USD10 million.
Carter Ledyard & Milburn, led by partners Steven J. Glusband and Guy Ben-Ami, acted as U.S. counsel for Eltek, with Amit, Pollak, Matalon acting as Israeli counsel.
