Credo to acquire Israel’s DustPhotonics in deal valued at USD850m, with total consideration up to USD1.2B
Credo Technology Group entered into an agreement to acquire DustPhotonics, a privately held Israeli company focused on high-speed optical connectivity solutions, in a strategic transaction valued at approximately USD 850 million, with total consideration of up to USD 1.2 billion comprised of a mix of cash and Credo shares.
Herzog, Fox & Neeman advised Credo on the transaction, led by Hanan Haviv, Alon Lederman, Rei Even-Chen, Ori Yosef, and Omri Acobas.
Davis Polk & Wardwell also represented Credo, with the firm’s corporate team including Alan F. Denenberg, Jason Bassetti, Rong (Fiona) Huang, Karen Yang, and Alexis Aguila Johnson.
