Carter Ledyard, ACC Israel to host CFIUS webinar for Israeli companies
Carter Ledyard & Milburn and ACC Israel will host a joint webinar on CFIUS, the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, from a US legal perspective tailored for Israeli companies with US inbound business activity.
The webinar, titled “CFIUS Explained: What Israeli Companies with US Inbound Business Need to Know,” will take place live via Zoom on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 8:00 AM ET (15:00 PM Israel time).
Guy Ben-Ami, co-chair of the firm’s Israel practice, will speak alongside Tali Guy, Vice President of Compliance, Regions, at Stryker. The discussion will be moderated by Michal Ramon, Senior Compliance Counsel and ACC Compliance Forum Co-Chair. The webinar will address US foreign investment regulation and its implications for Israeli companies doing business in the United States.
