acquisition of Alon Blue Square Israel Ltd. by C.A.A. Extra Holdings Limited for approximately NIS 1 billion; (iv) acquisition

of Netafim, Ltd. by Permira at a company valuation of US$830 million; (v) acquisition of Clal Industries Ltd. by Access

Industries Inc. at a company valuation of approximately US$700 million; (vi) acquisition of a controlling interest in Partner,

Ltd. by the Saban Group for approximately US$400 million; and (vii) financing and re-financing transactions in Netafim,

Psagot Investment House, Lumenis, Tnuva and Nilit.

Doni Toledano

is the head of the M&A department of the firm. Doni specializes in mergers and acquisitions and debt

and equity financing for domestic and international clients, with a focus on the representation of private equity funds

in their investments in Israel, including obtaining acquisition financing from Israeli banks and financial institutions and

handling major regulatory matters related to M&A transactions. Doni practiced for several years at law firms in New York

and Detroit.

Roy Caner

is a senior partner in the M&A department and the head of the High-Tech group. Roy specializes in mergers

and acquisitions, high-tech, commercial and corporate law, securities and capital markets, with a focus on cross-border

M&A and investment transactions. Roy practiced for several years at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.
