Alon A. Ziv

is the head of the Project Finance, Energy & Infrastructure practice group. Before joining the firm, Alon

worked as a senior project finance and banking and finance attorney in leading global law firms in New York City,

including Latham & Watkins LLP, and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, advising major banks and financial

institutions on a variety of multi-billion dollar transactions. Alon currently continues to represent major multinational

clients on a variety of international project finance and infrastructure deals, on several continents, involving energy and

power generation, renewables and desalination projects, such as the development of the Tel Aviv Red Line Light-Rail

Project.

Benjamin Nashpitz

is an associate in the firm’s Project Finance, Energy & Infrastructure practice group, where he

concentrates on project development, public-private partnerships and other project finance transactions relating

mostly to power (both from conventional and renewable sources), water and transportation.
