Bridgify Travel Ltd., has entered into a merger agreement with Trina Group, a member of the HBX Group – a prominent international travel-technology corporation whose shares are publicly traded.

This transaction brings together two significant players in the travel technology sector and marks a meaningful step in the consolidation of the global travel-tech market.

HBX Group, which operates leading platforms across the travel industry, is acquiring Bridgify for its AI-powered navigation and experiences technology – combining Bridgify’s innovative capabilities with HBX Group’s extensive global reach and distribution network.

Bridgify Travel Ltd. was represented by Arnon, Tadmor Levy and attorneys Avi Anouchi and Evyatar Katz.
