Cyera raises USD400m at USD12b valuation from Goldman Sachs
Cyera has raised an additional USD 400 million from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, extending its Series G financing and bringing the Israeli cybersecurity company’s total capital raised in 2026 to USD 1.4 billion.
The investment follows Cyera’s USD 600 million financing three months earlier at a USD 12 billion valuation. The latest extension does not establish a new valuation, with the company currently valued at more than USD 12 billion and total funding exceeding USD 2 billion.
Cyera plans to use the new capital to expand its AI security products, grow its presence in the US federal market, and accelerate expansion across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. The company has broadened its platform beyond data security into areas including AI agent security, endpoint protection, and non-human identity management.
Founded in 2021, Cyera now employs more than 1,500 people across 18 countries. Its valuation has risen from USD 3 billion in 2024 to more than USD 12 billion in 2026 as enterprise demand for data and AI security has accelerated.
Meitar advised Cyera on the financing, with the team led by Alon Shafrir and Tom Maor.
