Agmon & Co. Rosenberg Hacohen & Co. is representing Delek Drilling in a complex and unprecedented reorganization process. The new company, NewMed Energy will be dual-listed on the TASE and LSE, allowing the company to expand its global activity and reach.
Leading this process are Advs. Shirel Guttman-Amira, Ran Shalom, Dan Hacohen, Ze’ev Gutreich, Liraz Kahana and Daniel Levi.
Delek holds shares in the Leviathan gas reservoir, the Tamar reservoir the Aphrodite field in Cyprus, as well as other assets.
