DoiT acquires Attribute to launch AI token cost management product

Categories: Corporate and M&A, Hi-Tech

DoiT has acquired Attribute, an AI FinOps startup, and launched a new AI token cost management product under the Attribute name.

The acquisition supports DoiT’s push into AI FinOps as enterprises look for better ways to track and control spending tied to AI models, agents, and infrastructure. Attribute is designed to trace AI usage back to the customers, products, features, teams, and agents that generate it, giving companies visibility into the economics of AI deployment.

DoiT says the product provides real-time, kernel-level attribution for shared cloud and AI infrastructure costs, without requiring teams to manually report usage. The platform is intended to help enterprises understand AI token consumption, allocate costs more accurately, and make pricing, scaling, and optimization decisions based on actual usage.

The transaction comes as AI token consumption becomes a growing cost-management issue for companies deploying AI at scale. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Herzog advised DoiT on the transaction, with the team led by Erez Abu, Dana Qaq, Hillel Billauer, Liat Shaked-Katz, Avishag Kaspit Pashay, Dr. Ehab Farah, Efrat Kesler Kadmon, Yara Ayoub, Adar Bengom (Ortal), Adi Golding, Dan Shalev, Zohar Malul, Kobi Plotkin, Anna Landau, and Noy Timor.
