Gornitzky acts for Razor Labs in NIS 115 million IPO on TASE

Gornitzky advised Razor Labs on its IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, raising approximately NIS 115 million in the process and reflecting a company valuation of approximately NIS 500 million.

Established in 2016, Tel Aviv-based Razor Labs specializes in AI technology and it operates in the field of customized artificial intelligence solutions for organizational problems as well as in AI products designed to improve manufacturing processes in various industries (the mining industry, the gas and oil industry, the infrastructure industry, and others).

The Gornitzky team comprised partner Yair Shiloni, associates Itamar Ben-Yehuda and Gil Palkovic, with help on corporate aspects provided by partners Shlomo Landress and Oded Uni, associates Carolyn Zeimer Vigodny and Yael Heiman. The team also received support from associates, Nir Moses and Moran Ben Dayan (tax), partner, Dr. Ziv Rotenberg (IP) and associate Keren Ovadia (labor law).
