Israeli Investment House Meitav Raises USD 153m

Meitav Investment House Ltd., one of Israel’s leading investment institutions, completed a successful global offering of shares to international and Israeli institutional investors, raising approximately USD 153 million (around NIS 500 million).

The transaction was completed following an intensive bookbuilding process that generated strong demand, reflecting market confidence in Meitav’s strategy and continued growth.

Davis Polk and Herzog advised Meitav. The Herzog team included Nir Dash, Ron Ben-Menachem, and Reut Alcalay, with support from Mohammad Mawasi, Danielle Janeli, Shmuel Berzon, and Kim Holtsman Vaadia.

Latham advised Jefferies as sole global coordinator with Gornitzky as Israeli counsel, with a team led by Partners Chaim Friedland, Ari Fried, Yair Shiloni, Dr. Assaf Prussak, Ido Malin and Associates Inbar Avrahami, Yehuda Rashtian and Shahar Caufman.
