Israeli-Linked Senstar Acquires Blickfeld

Senstar Technologies Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed security technology company with deep Israeli roots through its origins as Magal Security Systems, has agreed to acquire Blickfeld GmbH, a German developer of LiDAR-based 3D sensing solutions.
The transaction strengthens Senstar’s global platform in perimeter security, critical infrastructure protection, and intelligent sensing, building on Israeli-developed defense and security knowhow that has long underpinned the group’s technology and international growth.
Carter Ledyard advised on U.S. law aspects – led by Guy Ben-Ami and Steven Glusband, while Naschitz Brandes Amir advised from Israel, alongside Canadian and German counsel, reflecting the transaction’s multi-jurisdictional structure.
