Masad Oz and America Israel merge ahead of planned IPO push
Masad Oz and America Israel have signed an agreement for a full merger that will combine their real estate development, engineering, and project management activities under one group. The merged company is preparing for potential debt and equity offerings, subject to business development and market conditions.
The combination will bring together America Israel’s residential and commercial development business with Masad Oz’s engineering and project management capabilities. Masad Oz currently employs approximately 250 engineers and manages projects valued at around NIS 40 billion, while America Israel has delivered more than 7,000 residential units and is advancing approximately 2,500 additional units with partners.
The merger follows Masad Oz’s acquisition in December 2025 of more than 30% of America Israel, a transaction that valued the company at several hundred million shekels. As part of that earlier deal, Masad Oz’s residential development activity was folded into America Israel.
Following completion, Pini Cohen will serve as chairman of the combined group, Amit Masad as vice chairman, Alon Stauber as CEO of the merged company, and Shimshon Harel as CEO of America Israel.
