Moti Ben-Moshe Acquires Africa-Israel Investments

Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. represented Moti Ben-Moshe in the acquisition of Africa-Israel Investments through Alon Holdings Blue Square – Israel and Dor Alon Energy, both controlled by Ben – Moshe. Following an intense bidding procedure, Ben-Moshe won the support of Africa-Israel’s bondholders and will acquire Africa-Israel Investments, as well as its assets, for approximately 2.4 billion NIS. The acquisition was led by a team of attorneys from EBN’s Insolvency & Restructuring Department, led by partners Raanan Kalir and Alon Binyamini, specializing in the acquisition and takeovers of distressed companies, together with partner Hagar Guri Greenboim, Adv. Amit Goldman and intern Hadas Stodnik.
