Nayax Ltd. has raised USD93 million in a follow-on offering on NASDAQ.
Founded in 2005 in Tel Aviv, Nayax is a global fintech company providing a comprehensive operating system and payment platform for multiple retailers.
The underwriters of the offering were Barclays, UBS, Oppenheimer, William Blair and Keefe.
Herzog advised the issuer with the transaction led by Nir Dash, Co-head of the Corporate and Capital Markets team, Ron Ben-Menachem, Joshua Ravitz, Dr. Ehab Farah, Mohammad Mawasi, Koral Butbika, and Yahya Qaq.
Davis Polk acted as U.S. issuer’s counsel. Latham and Gornitzky acted for the underwriters.
