ODDITY Tech Ltd. raises USD239m via secondary offering

ODDITY Tech Ltd. has raised USD239 million via a secondary offering of 5,500,000 Class A ordinary shares.

ODDITY is a consumer-tech platform built to transform the global beauty and wellness market.

Goldfarb Gross Seligman represented the underwriters in this offering, led by Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley. The Goldfarb team included partner Aaron M. Lampert of the International and Hi-Tech Department, Yaron Sever, Co-Head of the firm’s Tax Department and associate Lidor Almasy of the Department.
