US Nasdaq-listed defense technology company Ondas Holdings has agreed to acquire 100% of Omnisys Ltd., an Israeli developer of AI-powered Battle Resource Optimization (BRO) software, for USD 200 million.

Based in Rosh Ha’ayin with 185 employees, Omnisys has spent over 25 years building operational systems for planning, optimisation, mission management, and real-time decision-making, supplying leading armies worldwide.

The BRO platform addresses one of modern defense’s core challenges: processing vast battlefield data streams into rapid, optimised decisions across multi-domain environments.

The acquisition propels Ondas further into the Israeli defense technology sector, following its purchases of tactical ground robotics company RoboTeam, heavy engineering equipment firm INDO, and previously, Airobotics and Sentrycs.

Meitar represented Ondas, with a team of Assaf Oz, Neta Brenner, Alon Priver, Shir Bitterman Livne, Yuval Teperberg, Ido Halfon Manfred, and Tamir Naim.

Shibolet acted for Omnisys, led by Ofer Manor, Eyal Gilboa, Noga Kedem Mesika, Dor Krupik, Amit Levy, and Ariel Moran, and assisted by Dorit Rahamim, Mika Rahav, Naama Margolis, Rami Cohen, Julian Mallach, Chen Nissim, Tal Karplus, and Kobi Winekrantz.
