Onyx Security has raised USD 113 million in a Series B financing round to expand its secure AI control plane for enterprises.

The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Cyberstarts, TCV, Conviction, FirstMark, Vintage, QuantumLight, and G Squared. The financing brings Onyx’s total funding to USD 153 million since its founding two years ago.

Onyx said it has quadrupled revenue since emerging from stealth four months ago, as enterprises look for ways to govern and secure increasingly advanced AI systems. The company’s platform is designed to help organizations discover, monitor, and control AI agents across enterprise environments.

The financing comes as the use of autonomous AI agents accelerates across businesses, raising new security, governance, and compliance challenges for companies deploying AI at scale.

Meitar advised Onyx Security in the financing, with a team led by Itay Frishman, Alon Shafrir, and Maya Noy.
