Phoenix sells stake in Dorad Energy valued at NIS4.46b

The Phoenix Group sold its stake in Dorad Energy to Menora Mivtachim and Adeltech in a transaction reflecting a company valuation of approximately NIS 4.46 billion, representing a notable increase from the valuation at which Phoenix acquired the shares only months earlier.
Epstein Rosenblum Maoz advised Phoenix on the transaction, with the team being led by Ron Abelski, together with Michal Gazit Molcho and intern Talia Sigad.
Adeltech was represented by Mike Rimon and Doreen Pendos of Meitar, while Firon acted for Menora Mivtachim.
