Israeli-founded AI infrastructure company Vast Data raised approximately USD 1 billion in a new funding round, tripling its valuation to USD 30 billion and making it the most valuable private tech company in Israel.
The round—led by Drive Capital with participation from investors including Access Industries, Fidelity, NEA, and Nvidia—reflects growing investor focus on companies building the underlying infrastructure powering AI systems. A significant portion of the funds will go toward liquidity for early investors and employees.
Skadden represented Vast Data, with H-F & Co. acting as Israeli counsel.
