Warner Music to acquire Israeli music-tech startup Revelator

Warner Music Group signed a binding agreement to acquire Revelator, an Israeli-founded technology platform that provides digital music distribution, copyright and royalty management, and real-time analytics for independent music businesses. The transaction is expected to close next quarter.
Warner Music Group was represented by Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano, with Lior Oren, Eyal Wiesel, and Tamar Toledano heading the team.
