WeWork ready to emerge from bankruptcy

Once valued at USD47 billion and seen as the future of the workplace, WeWork has emerged from bankruptcy protection in the U.S.
WeWork’s chapter 11 plan was confirmed by the bankruptcy court for the District of New Jersey following a hearing held on May 30, 2024, before WeWork emerged from Chapter 11 on June 11, 2024.
Davis Polk‘s Restructuring team advised an ad hoc group of secured noteholders in the restructuring.
