Yokohama Rubber sells former Alliance Tire factory compound in Hadera for NIS1b

Yokohama Rubber Company, through its Israeli subsidiary Alliance Tire Company, sold the former Alliance Tire factory compound in Hadera to Mega Or Holdings for approximately NIS 1 billion.
The deal is among the largest transactions involving a Japanese company in Israel in recent years. The compound involved, located in the Hadera industrial zone, covers approximately 45 acres and includes roughly 100,000 square meters of buildings and infrastructure. Mega Or intends to build a massive data center on the site.
