on “de-listing” from the Alternative Investment Market (AIM), a Haifa flavor and fragrance company with a US$17 million
asset acquisition and an IT company headquartered in Tel Aviv. The Intellectual Property group handled patents and
trademarks for a Jerusalem law firm, a Haifa IT company and a pharmaceutical company located in Herzliya. Our litigators
have enforced a settlement for an Israeli hair-products company and represented a healthcare company located in Petach
Tikva. The Real Estate group represented a Jerusalem real estate development company. Attorneys across the firm assist
individuals with wealth planning, immigration issues and tax advice.
Duane Morris also handles matters that, while not involving an Israeli client, do involve an Israeli party. The Corporate
group represented UK hedge fund Astrocyte in its €50million joint venture with Ava FX, an Israeli provider of forex trading
platforms. The group also represented a UK company, Science Navigation Group, in connection with the US$300 million
divestiture of its Israeli navigation software subsidiary, Telmap, to Intel.
