Our Assurance and Financial Reporting services are tailored to the industry and specific business of each client, based

on a standardized audit methodology used by PwC firms worldwide. Our audit teams adjust their work to the audit

environment of each client to ensure efficiency and quality. Whenever needed, we use multinational audit teams, which

combine assurance practitioners from different PwC firms.

Our Tax Consulting practice is one of the few in Israel offering a complete suite of Israeli and international tax services,

providing a one-stop shop solution, including: corporate, international, U.S., property, individual and indirect tax. We also

have a dedicated team providing services related to the ITA's automated reporting systems (Sha'am).

Our Advisory Firm supports leading companies through multidisciplinary teams with rich experiences and global

knowledge. Services span: M&A transaction support, corporate finance, valuation, economic and business consulting,

rewards, operation excellence, finance improvement, delivering deal value, risk management and actuarial, IT consulting,

cybersecurity and digital strategies, internal audit and SOX, and corporate governance and ethics, including executive

compensation plans, government incentives, forensics and trusteeship.

Eitan Glazer

joined PwC Israel in 1991. He has extensive experiences in auditing financial statements and providing

assistance and financial consulting to clients from various sectors. He specializes in accounting, tax, M&As, public

offerings, and financial and business consulting for listed and private companies, VC funds and start-ups.

Eitan is an accomplished speaker and often invited as a guest presenter in conferences. He established the China

Business Group and the Cleantech practice. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics awarded by Bar

Ilan University and is qualified as a CPA in Israel.

YingWang

joined as the business development manager of the China Business Group in 2014.She specializes in assisting

Israeli companies in entering the Chinese market and helps Chinese companies to locate suitable targets and partners in

Israel. Ying started working with Israeli companies since 2007.
